Brett Kern is a licensed Private Detective with the state of Pennsylvania. He brings over 15 years of security-related experience to his current role.
Brett has spent many years working as a security guard. During this time, he worked as a front desk concierge where he was responsible for monitoring CCTV camera systems of up to 24 cameras as well as implementing fire and life safety plans. He has worked as a retail loss prevention agent in high-end fashion boutiques, a guard for high-profile special events, and a security guard providing foot patrol at various sites throughout the city of Philadelphia (construction sites, parking lots/garages, warehouses, and different residential neighborhoods and communities). Brett has assisted both the police in ongoing investigations and the Philadelphia Fire Department during numerous drills and real-life emergencies. He possesses a strong working knowledge of standard fire alarm and security/alarm systems.
Brett has managed security teams as large as 30 guards for various event venues, catering halls, outdoor festivals/concerts, construction sites, residential buildings, retail stores, and various other locations. In his current role, he oversees a roster of over 200 security officers. He has been involved in the development and implementation of the security and safety plans at these locations as well as the hiring, training, and management of the security guard team. He draws heavily on this management experience in the everyday operation of his company. Brett has put together trainings for his team of Security Officers in a wide variety of settings and has worked with DHS and the DOD on a contract providing Security Officer Services.
Presently, Brett holds the title of Director of New Business Development, where he is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts as well as customer relations/quality assurance throughout the duration of the company’s contracts. He prides himself on accessibility and strong communication with the client every step of the way.

Jason’s current role is the Director of Operations. He has 20 years of exceptional leadership and success in the security industry. He is a licensed private investigator in the state of Pennsylvania and has assisted with various types of investigations.
Jason and his team design specific security plans and procedures for a wide range of businesses. They use a variety of equipment and proven methods when implementing their security strategies. With his leadership, businesses are able to minimize risk and vulnerability.
Jason’s background includes personal protection, loss prevention, event security, creating security-training programs, monitoring extensive security camera systems and managing large security teams. He has worked with a wide range of clients from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
In the daily oversight of his operation, Jason oversees a staff of over 200 Security Officers. He draws on his many years spent working in security in his position. In his current role as Director of Operations, Jason is responsible for ensuring continuity of operations through making sure Security Officers are properly trained, supervised, managed and compensated for their time and performance. Jason has put together training material for Security Managers and overseen the implementation of Security Management procedures for over 100 Security Managers throughout his career.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Westchester University.
